Welcome, Landlord.  How May I Help You?

Being a Landlord in New Jersey can often be challenging.  Whether you have been a Landlord for a long while or you are new to the scene, issues will always arise.  In acknowledgment of the specific issues that emerge between Landlords and Tenants, the court created a separate department to handle these matters.  Rather than mix matters of money with matters of property possession, the Landlord Tenant Department of the court is set up to expedite your case.  That’s where this office comes in. I am a Landlord Tenant Attorney who focuses on evictions.  I represent Landlords of residential and commercial properties.  Whether you own or manage a single unit or many units, issues with tenants can create unwanted stress and confusion.

Do your tenants owe you rent?  Are they violating the Lease in another way?

Are you scheduled to appear in Municipal Court?

Did you recently purchase a home that you want to move into?

Do you live in a 2- or 3-family house that you own, and you would like to remove your tenant?

If you are a Landlord in search of legal help, you have come to the right place.  This office represents Landlords, Property Managers, and Home Owners who have difficult tenants or tenants who have not paid the rent.  This office also represents property owners in Municipal Court matters related to housing code violations.
